Transparent starting guide

Pricing follows the property—not a one-size-fits-all package.

The final monthly fee depends on the number of units, common assets, site size, inspection frequency, reporting requirements and management support required.

Medium complexesR3,000–R6,000per month

Guide prices are not quotations. Scope, frequency and property conditions must be assessed.

Scope control

What the membership does—and does not—cover.

A maintenance plan only works when inspection services, response expectations and repair costs are documented properly.

Agreed inspection scope

Only the buildings, common areas, facilities and inspection frequency stated in the accepted proposal form part of the recurring service.

Separate repair approval

Repairs, materials, replacements, upgrades, specialist work and statutory certification are quoted and approved separately.

Emergency response

Availability, response hours and any emergency support must be expressly included in the selected plan. The membership is not property insurance.
